Shipping Policy

The package will be delivered within 15-25 working days after successful payment and will be transported from China by air.

We provide two kinds of shipping company service providers to choose, UPS and others, UPS freight high but fast,other shipping company cheaper but not fast.You can choose by your self.

If the buyer has not received the package after the delivery, the buyer applies for a refund, and the buyer needs to pay for the express interception fee.(the interception fee up to the shipping company.)

If the package lost during the express delivery process: 1. Lost in China, the store (FixedstarCrystal)will do its best to recover the package and give the seller a refund and return service.2. When the package is lost after arriving at the buyer's city, the buyer needs to contact the local post office and transportation company to apply for compensation.The store can help to provide proof of value

If something broken on the way,the store will pay for half of the broken items.   The other half needs to be compensated by the transport company .Or give the buyer the same product on the next order.

If the buyer receives the package, but pretends that he has not received the package, mainly by the signing data provided by the transportation company.
